AM - Cross training. 30 minutes on the elliptical and 12 minutes on the exercise bike. My legs needed the morning off from the pounding. My hamstring feels a little better today but still needs some help. I have to say, I really enjoy cross training sometimes.
PM - More cross training. 30 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the elliptical. It is beautiful outside, and I was not happy to be stuck indoors. I want to enjoy all the warm running weather because I know it's not going to last much longer! Physical therapy early tomorrow morning.
