AM - Horsepark loop, easy morning. Back to work today - glad it's only a two day week! Time to catch up on all the race reports now... PM - Frisbee golf practice for 30 minutes which turned out to be 2.5 miles. I was jogging, sprinting, walking through all that so I'm going to count it as 1.5 miles of running. Hopefully that's not considered to be padding the mileage! Then went out for a 3.2 mile run. HOT!
