AM - 30 minutes on the elliptical and stationary bike. Unfortunately, I dropped a 5lb weight on my phone so the front screen is all messed up now. I just got it a month ago! Good thing I got the cheapest one possible, but I am still disappointed that I have to open my phone to check the time and figure out who's calling me for the next 2 years until I get a new one! PM - Ran 2 laps around Sugarhouse Park. I didn't feel very good between my back and my stomach. I was in food mode all day today and there was free food at work (spaghetti and chicken parm) = I ate way too much!
