AM - Recumbent bike for 30 minutes, then hamstring exercises. PM - Ran with Devra in the Dimple Dell gully...she's been out with achilles problems, so I'm glad she's better and I have my running buddy again! It was SO HOT, we stopped for water several times. Those trails are not easy! My hamstring tendon hurt after 5 miles.
I'm so excited for the weekend - lots of fun stuff going on. Watching the Olympic Trials, Wedding Bells 5K, hanging out at the pool, Allie's wedding, rollerblading the JRP, Pfeifferhorn hike?, etc. I have been traveling on the weekends for the last 5 weeks so it's a relief to get a weekend at home. |
