AM - Recumbent bike easy for 30 minutes, then 15 minutes of strengthening/weights. Hamstring still achy. PM - 15 miles cycling with Amiee and Jake up to Little Mountain from the zoo and back. I was pleasantly surprised to realize the gradient wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I am a total wuss when it comes to downhill though...Amiee put about half a mile on me within 5 minutes :)
