AM - Went out and ran with Jake on his cooldown, 2 miles. Then yoga for 30 minutes. PM - Corporate Games Mountain Bike Race. I was in the Intermediate group (only to maximize points) so I did 2 laps on a 1 mile loop. I was a little disappointed in how short the race was... would've preferred more like 10 laps. But I still had a good time. I came in 2nd for the girls :) Mountain biking is one of those things that I would rather do for fun and not race!
