AM - Draper Days 5K this morning. I didn't run it, but went to cheer Jake on. Ran warm-up with him about 3 miles, then ran the cooldown 6 miles. Got to run with some of the fellow FRB people, so that was nice!
PM - Rode the mountain bikes to Sports Authority to get a foam roller. It loosened up my back so much - extremely happy I got one. It will become key to getting rid of all the scar tissue around my back. Rode the bike again to accompany Jake on his 4.5 mile shake-out run.
