AM - Decided that the elliptical was safest this morning - 35 minutes at moderate difficulty. No hamstring problems but the hip is still acting up a little since that silly 3 mile bike ride on Saturday. Gotta stick with what works - gallo-walking, rollerblading, and elliptical-ing. What a joke! PM - Weight training 30 minutes. This is an interesting article about minimalist kids shoes.
