AM - A few laps around the cross country park for some soft-surface running. 3.75 miles. Today starts NO CANDY for me...going to be tough, but I gotta start eating healthier. It was either candy or ice cream, and there's no way I'm giving up ice cream! NOON - 15 min on the elliptical for PT. He did all sorts of painful back manipulations, but it felt good afterwards! PM - Bike ride 45 min.
