Well once again I have no miles to log. I'm just struggling right now with feeling up to doing much of anything.
For the past couple of weeks I have been eating everything in sight (I had already gained 5 lbs. when I went to the doctor last week). Now, I'm feeling like I need to eat, but absolutely nothing sounds good. Maybe this will help even out my 5 pounds. I really feel like if I eat I will feel better, but then my body says eat and you'll puke. So what do you do???
I am really missing running. I miss the early morning visits with friends and I miss the way you feel after a good run. |
