My running partner called and cancelled last night, so I knew I would be on my own today.  I debated between the treadmill and waiting until my husband got home from work to go outside.  I chose the treadmill, because I know myself and if I waited it wouldn't get done today.  I decided to just do a nice easy run and I finished 5 miles in 51:24 so that's okay.  I'm not setting a mileage goal for myself this week, but I would be happy if I finished the week around 20.  I'm excited for all of you who are running Painters this weekend - good luck on your last few days of preparation!!!

Good Job! Way to get it done! Thanks for coming up last night and the gift for LIbby! We had such a good time and we should do it more often. If only it was summer and we could swim - Then we'd have a reason to get together.

The boys were still talking about Libby this morning! It was fun...and I agree that we need to really try to do it more often. I would say this weekend, but you'll be off vacationing - lucky you.

Nice job, treadmill stinks, but it is convenient. You are staying so motivated!

Good call on not waiting to get your run in. I find that when I wait and go later in the day, I come home to mayhem and hardly have a chance to get out of my sweaty running clothes before I have to jump into dinner, baths, and bedtime. ;o) What type of treadmill to you have? I don't have one, but am starting to shop around because some days are just rotten for outside running.

Andee look at you go! Its hard when you get cancelled on not to crawl back in bed, I am sucker for that. Good job on just getting it done, always feels better and then you dont have to think about it all day long!
