It felt soooooo good to be able to run outside this morning. In fact, I was so excited I went out to the corner early! It was a great day to be out, not too cold and no wind, can you really ask for more than that? We ran our normal 3.5 loop and had great conversation which really made the time fly. Once I got home I decided to add on another mile so that I can get a little closer to my goal of 25 for the week. I'm excited for the weekend, tomorrow we are going to our cabin on the Provo river, which will be a nice change of scenery for me and the boys.

Great job! Are you guys doing anything fun at the cabin? We are going to the Utah gymnastics meet tonight and Golden Corral for Libby's birthday dinner. YUCK!!! Tomorrow just a run and then Kyle's basketball team is playing at the ESA and we are going to go watch.

I glad the weather was nice for you today, that makes a huge difference! The cabin will be so fun for you guys, is Steph and Swen still living there? Hey why are you not coming down to run the Painters 5k, did I just not have a great idea or what. Your parents wont be here but you could party with Gar and I and Brock and Dusty. Garrett would love to help watch your boys during the race. Oh but you probably want to see your parents up there,sheesh I thought I had a great idea. But the Spectrum 1ok for sure!

Good job. Nice to get out and enjoy some warmer weather even if warmer is only 30 degrees. Yes I am planning on doing the slc fun in april. But we shall see. I'm sure I can come up with some kind of knee injury before that. Just kidding. It will be fun. You going to do it? Have fun over the weekend.

How fun! Is the whole family going or is it just you and Libby? I'm jealous, you know how I love gymnastics - oh the memories.

No, Steph moved about a year ago. We are just going down for the day with some friends. I wish I was running the half. I guess I was just thinking that maybe something else would be keeping from feeling up to it, but no such luck. I am definitely doing the Spectrum 10K - no matter what! You are going to be awesome at Painters. Any fun plans for the weekend?

I'm going to have to wait and see on the SLC half. I think it would fun, but I'm just not 100%. You and Jody will have awesome times with all the miles you've been putting in.
