So, I walked 4 miles on the treadmill. It took me an entire hour and it was SOOOOOOOO boring! I tried to keep a pretty good pace and even put in on an incline for 3 miles. I worked up a little sweat, but it took a lot of self control to not just bump it up and start running.
Update on the potty training....all is well. One accident a day for the last 3 days is all, so I think we are well on our way. However, I think we have spoiled them will all the "Thomas" trains and "Cars" toys that they will be slightly disappointed when all they get for their reward is a piece of candy.
Looks like you'll need to invest in some good movies for all that walking you'll be doing. Good for you though! Soon it should be nice enough to get outside for walks. Good luck w/ potty training. I just babysit my potty training neice overnight and forgot how much work it is- and you have x2- you're amazing!
I was wondering when your doctor would tell you to stop running. When we finally conceived after a major infertility procedure, I had to stop ANYthing that raised my heart rate too much. I couldn't take a bath or eat chocolate! It was incredible the restrictions! But it's all worth it!!!! And, like Christi, said - try some new movies ... or maybe some audio books on your iPod. Good luck!!! You're doing great!!!!!!!!
