I was excited to run this morning, since it had been almost a week since I last did anything physical.  We went up to the Olympic Oval because of the terrible winds and cold weather.  It was fun to see Jody and Paula - they are fast!  We had a nice time chatting and laughing.  4 easy miles and everything felt great.

As for a quick update on the ultrasound...the sac only measured 4 week size so they had me do a quanitative blood test and those results came back matching perfectly to being 4 weeks.  I'm going back in today for another blood test to see if the numbers are going up or down.  My nurse seems quite positive, but I have been in this boat several times before so I will prepare myself for either way.  Thanks to all of you for your kind words and prayers.

Sounds like a nice run today and glad to hear things are smooth sailing so far w/ the pregnancy. I'll be thinking of you!

Good to see you this morning! Do not get blown away on your errands today!

Running at the Olympic Oval sounds fun. Next time I'm up north I'll have to talk my husband into going there for a jog.

Keep thinking positive. :-)

Good Luck with the pregnancy.

Congrats: didn't know you were pregnant! I think it's going around on the blog....Who's next?

I'm so glad you were feeling good enough to run! Sounds like it was fun too, which isn't always the case with running. ha! I hope things continue to go smoothly with the pregnancy ... and your ability to run during it!!!

I've been thinking about you. You're doing a good job hanging in there. Just stay positive!

Thank you for all of your positive thoughts. Monday's tests didn't show as high of numbers as they had hoped for, so I'm going in for another test Wednesday. I'm trying to decide if I want to try to run tomorrow or not.

I would suggest a nice moderate walk if you are at all worried about the run? Good luck, will be thinking of ya!

Good luck today!

Im so impressed you are still keeping at it and getting some exercise in. I agree that walking is probably the best for now. Wow, hang in there.
