Run ragnar get in top 8 at region
Get a 1:25 half marathon sub 5:10 for 1600m Race a road 5k and get under 19 race the 3200m again, or try the 400m again break 18 in the 3 mile
Long-Term Running Goals: Run as long as I can Run a marathon Run for the college I love

| | A hill workout 3 400m hill, we ran one mile there and I did a mile with my friend later.

| | Ran 3 miles with the team in alpine, then came home and ran to the white church and back to get four. My 3 I ran a 8:06 pace and my 4 I ran a 6:40-7:10 pace....It felt good :) By the way I am the girl in the side in my picture 455

| | Ok, so I didn't really run but we were in a hurry going from one place to another, plus, theair was very, very, smoky.

| | I ran two miles with the team, as 7 minute speed plays . When I got home I ran 5.5 with my mom. It was still smoky. :(

| | Very humid and smoky today. I ran 4 with the team and 4 at home.

Ugh... It was very hot tonight. I ran at like 5:30pm it was humid and hot :p oh well.... I was hoping to do 10, but with my sister leaving on Wednesday, that wasn't an option. Hopefully this next week I will be back up to 40, even with girls camp I hope I can.
