Majorly kinked the right side of my neck/upper back. Have no idea how, just woke up that way. Happy Birthday Mom! So much for my diet considering I just made her a giant chocolate frosted yellow cake! Have mixed feelings about the marathon in less than 2 weeks. My first thought is nervousness and anxiety because I feel like I havent trained hard enough. But according to Hal Higdon, whose intermediate plan I tried to follow but ended up skipping about a day a week so it was more like I followed his beginners plan, it IS enough. To finish anyways. And that was my initial goal, right? I haven't acquired any injuries... I ran my last 20 miler practically non-stop, minus 2 gatorade stops, and that increased my confidence... My diet... well it's not that it lacks nutrition, its just that I pig out on sweets as well as healthy food. I mean I really am a glutton, I probably eat 5000 calories a day, easily. I could stand to lose 5 pounds, to put myself below 100, but I'm just so hungry all the time. Anyways, overall I feel confident that I can finish. The beginning of an era I believe. Can always increase my mileage for the next one. I CAN DO THIS!
