My last day off for awhile. (from work I mean).  French Creek mid morning run.  Did the loop only once and felt like crap again :(  I dont know what the problem is.  Maybe ive just temporarily lost my groove.. But im determined to get it back.  Gonna do another mid morning run tomorrow.  Days Dam hopefully.  It hasnt been my breathing, its been my legs feeling all lactic acidy, and i know its not really that but i cant remember the correct chemical that in fact causes the pain.  Just gotta stick with the health food diet, and stay determined.
