Ok. I know I say this so incredibly often and never follow through, but i really want to maintain my focus and get into marathon shape. Life is never going to be without distractions and work and family obligations, but there's no more room for excuses. If i want to achieve this goal, I am going to have to commit 100% and stay focused. EVERY DAY. It has to come 3rd. Family, work, running, and believe me I wish I could make it number 2. I have to be constantly mindful of my nutrition and every habit i do. This is the only way. I have a newfound determination and im not gonna let it slip thru my fingers any more. I want this in the sweet spot every day. And it will get easier. And I will do it. I will prove to myself that i can do this. |
