18 miles today! Dave drove us up the course past Veyo so this was my first time running up the dreaded Veyo hill. I didn't think it was too bad, just long. My pace was all over the place, I guess averaging 10:30. The whole thing took me about 3hr 10 min. I feel really good, and am proud this was the farthest I have gone. Finished at the church where Dave and James were waiting for me with a coke and a doughnut....he's the best! I really like long runs and I am really looking forward to running the Provo River Half in a few weeks.

Great job on your longest run ever! I am way proud of you. Love you.
