Wow! Really crappy run today. Started off slow, finished even slower. Just a bad run. only good thing is that I found 50 cents in a gutter down by the dinosaur tracks!

Wow...it is hard to find 50 cents nowadays..that is worth stopping to pick it up! I'm not sure if you know me, I am from Spanish Fork. I have to be down there for 2 weeks in August and am hoping to find some people to run with so I don't have to be out too early all alone. Do all you SGians run really early to avoid the heat?
