Met at church on bluff for my very first run down the course! Ran Terri and Jolene and had all Kendra's people leave us in the dust! Took my own water and filled up with gatorade about mile 11. It was really fun to run down the course and get a feel for it. Around mile 12 I saw an old friend I haven't seen in a year, so she and I finished up the last 2 miles together. Finished up and then hit Fabulous Freddy's for a coke before going back up to get the car. |
