Married for 13 years to Dave and have 4 beautiful daughters, along with many high school cross country runners I refer to as Dave's other family. Currently attending Dixie State College as a Psychology major and will graduate December 2013.

Ran up to Maverik, down to Hell's Hole and along trail to Dam Road. Down washington Fields Road to Sullivan Park. Hopped on the trail and got out of canyon and ran up Washington Parkway. Ran a little more than came back home. Gorgeous run...70 degrees, beautiful sunset... I love running at dusk. Love this course too- didn't even feel like I ran that far
