I'm back to running again. The swelling in my ankle is down to 1/2 of what it was when I injured it and it doesn't hurt to walk. It is a bit awkward running with a taped ankle, but I did manage to keep an 8:30 pace for 4mi and the last mile I slowed down a bit because the tape was digging into my heal and it started to hurt.
I did manage to get in almost 9hr's on my bike last week while I was injured, but I'm happy to be back running. |
