Did a track workout.
2.2 mi warm up at a 7:42/mi pace- I know not a good warm up pace but the triclub is speedy.
0.5mi straights and turns
3 x 1mi repeats. (6:34, 6:49, 6:48)
My usual group either didn't run or was taking it easy because there is a race paid for by the club next weekend. I'll be on a ski trip otherwise I'd take it easy too. I ran with some guys who are too fast for me. I should have just shot for 6:40 and wouldn't have been so tired after the first mile.
