I did 2.25 mi at an 8:20 pace and then 1/2 mi of straights and turns on a track. Then I did 3 continuous miles on a track with a triathlon club 7:02, 8:00, 6:54. Then ran 3mi averaging 8:30 min/mi and then a 1/4mi cool down. The weather was nice, in the 60's and I felt really good. |
