Biked for 60min
Ran 12.12 mi on a trail right after the bike at about a 9:40/mi pace. My pace vaired with hills and amount of soft sand. My left ankle started poping constantly, it doesn't hurt but could over time. I sprained it pretty bad last year and read online that it could have affected a tendon in my ankle. Since I am about to do an ironman and then start training for a 50mi beach run, I need to start doing strengthing exercises and take glucosamine. I'll see if this works. Other than that, the bike/run went well. I was extremely tired when I got home and fell asleep on my floor for 2 hrs. Usually floor naps prevent me from sleeping for more than 30min due to my arm or leg going numb and waking me up, but not today. I could have slept through an earthquake, or more appropriate for florida a hurricane. |
