Today was so hard! We ran a test thing ware you ran as fast as you can for one min. and jog for three, run for one min. jog for two, run for one min. jog for one min., then run as fast as you can for the last one. I ran a total of 4.5 miles.
I ran with the gold group for 4 miles at a 8:00-9:00 min. pace! It was really hard but very fun, the last mile I took it a little slower. I ran 5 miles for the workout and a 1/2 mile warm up.
