31.6 km in 3:39 on road. 

 1:33:20 (15.8 km) out then ran back till 2:22 (24 km) then walked 8 km. 

First long run in a long time and felt crap. There was a huge tail wind going out and what felt like a bigger head wind coming back. I took it slow right from the beginning as I've been bed ridden for the past few days feeling very lethargic. I had to get out there today though as this is one of 3 30km + runs I've got to do before Tokyo. This week I'll fit in a speed session and on Sunday 10 mile hill run. 8 mile runs the days in between.

 49 days till the marathon!

6.75 km in 38:49. Real slow jog to stretch out my legs after yesterday. Jogged all the way with dad and talked all the way. Very very impressed by my old man who's again going to run the marathon with me at 58!

5 km out in 24:48 on road then 5 minutes rest. Then 5 km back in 24:39. I don't mid the 25 degrees but the 90% humidity is a killer. I find it hard to keep going at a solid pace without overheating. Gay.

16.1 km in 1:27:44 on road. 44:06 out and 43:38 back. Good run, pushed the hills.

10 x sets of 400m at 16 kph then 600m walk/jog.

Total of 10 km in about 1 hour. Felt good to stretch the hamstrings!

10 km in 51:20 on road. 27:20 out and 24:00 back. Ran the last 2 km in 8:20. Very happy with 50 + miles this week, looking forward to a 13.1 miler tomorrow :)
