Personal:

I am 42, and am only getting better with age and wisdom.

Running is about third or fourth on my priority list, but that's pretty high.  I'm a busy guy.  My family comes first.  I've got a few great runners in the bunch - watch out for them!

1:29:30 at half.  Stayed right on 3:00 pace through mile 16 then started crashing.

Very sick / dehydrated after the race.

 Official splits: 5k 21:29; 10k 42:27; 15k 1:03:34; 20k 1:24:52; half 1:29:29; 25k 1:47:01; 30k 2:14:17 35k 2:40:58; 40k 3:10:00.
