My mom ran with me when she was pregnant with me and so I must've caught the bug! I've been running with Racecats for a couple years now and I really like it. I'm getting pretty fast too. I need to work on consistent running, because I have big dreams, but kind of want to get there without working for it! (my mom might be typing this for me...and if I discovered she told everyone my name was Fartlek I might dis-own her!)

I'm in 3rd grade this year and training with Racecats Elite program. If you are in elementary or middle school, you should join us!

Racecats Monday Meet!

Adam ran the 2K with his elementary school (Summit Academy) in 9:11 and finished right with a teammate! It was fun to watch them working together and pushing each other. 

Then he did the 3K with the Elites. A great time and he felt good about his effort. 

Afterward we FROZE. It was crazy cold and so we stopped to get egg-drop soup on the way home :)
