My original goal for today was to do about 20 like last week, but by mile 6 or 7 I was already totally wasted and I wasn't even going very fast. This week has obviously been incredibly bad for me. I have been lazy, haven't got enough sleep, and I have several reasons for not running, none of which are acceptable. Anyway, I guess every athlete has setback, but I feel like this week was a "self inflicted wound" for me. I'm looking forward to next move to prove that I can be better. |
