This past week was the worst week I've had for a long time when it comes to running. A bunch of unusual things came up so I only ran 21 miles this week. My goal is to run 50+ this upcoming week, so we'll see if I can do it.

I got sick again this week, so I didn't run today.

I was still sick today, so I rested again.

Today was interesting. I ran a low key relay race with some friends called the "Wasatch Front Relay." We ran from the Provo Temple to the Salt Lake Temple. I had three separate legs. The first was 4.4 miles and I ran that in about 26 minutes, which is 6:00/mile pace. The next leg was exactly a 10k, 6.2 miles, and that was in 38 miles flat, so 6:06/mile pace, and that hurt really bad because the course was hard and I was already tired, but it felt really good to know that I could run that fast for that long. Then my last leg was about 5 miles and it was pretty slow because I was really tired. I didn't even time it, but it was still hard since I was already so tired. It was definitely a confidence booster.
