Last week was kind of disappointing for me because I only got 50 miles in and my goal was 70. I'm doing what I can to eliminate my shin splints, so that shouldn't be a big problem in the future. I'm also trying to sleep more so I can run each individual run better. My biggest obstacle I think is being too tired to do speed workouts, and that's mostly because I don't get enough sleep. I'm excited for the upcoming race on July 4th. It should be a fun one. |
