Just 10 today. The month of July totally ruined me when it came to running. The most I ran in a week was about 40 miles, which should be the MINIMUM that I run in a week. Anyway, I think because of that my long runs have suffered because I don't have the fitness to run for that long at a high pace. Anyway, I keep telling myself that "next week I'll do better," and so I'm hoping that next week I really will do better and run like 70, but we'll see. |
