Personal:

I'm married to Nan Kennard and she kicks my butt at running.  She has beat me handily in every race we have done together except for a downhill mile we did once.  She is my running inspiration.  I'd like to run a marathon with her someday and actually keep up.

No running today...because I'm going to hit up green mtn. again tomorrow so I figured I'd take a rest day.  My legs feel surprisingly great though despite running about 32 miles with about 9,000 feet of ascent between sat and mon.

Here's a quick video of the really fun run up little cottonwood yesterday:

Fantastic video and run! What song is that?

Looks like you had way too much fun running this weekend.

Cool video. That sounds like a perfect day Aaron. I love the Red Pine trail. You should do it again next time you're out and go all the way to the Pfeifferhorn. Some of the best views in the Wasatch. Hey, I am toying with the idea of hitting some 14ers in the next few months. Do you have any interest in bagging a few with me?

From Aaron Kennard on Thu, Jul 08, 2010 at 00:48:51 from 174.51.250.151

thanks to you for taking me jun.

jon - is it possible to have too much fun running? I guess if I injure myself perhaps...I'm going to taper a lot for the next week and a half so I can thoroughly enjoy my next 50K on the 17th.

Scott - I'd be interested in doing a 14 er or two. I've wanted to, just haven't got around to it...I'd like to run up 1 or 2. Let me know your thoughts on timelines. My big weekend commitments are listed on my goals section...as long as it fits around that I am pretty open to it.
