Gal's to the river up and back. Not fun, not fast. Beautiful evening, couples on the benches; my body however did not inhabit the garden of terrestrial delights. Like running with a 20-pound weight belt. Used the heart rate monitor & stayed in the 150s for everything but the end (163). Took the whole 3 min cooldown to get back to 115. |
