AM: To JFK bridge at 7am. Hot but a nice breeze from the harbor.
PM: To the square and back at 8 pm. One of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen here but ovenly hot. A struggle keeping my heart rate down in the viable range. Next time an hour later and with a bottle.
