53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

Lazy getting up this morning. But got it done.
10 Miles with James. Ran into the Holt and his gang of X country guys. Good to get out and talk with James. The miles went by fast.
