53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
Weights and Miles. I was pretty lazy last weekend. I am not very Diciplined. I got to get my Mo Jo back which i have not had in a very long time.
Tough Miles with weights. Got to stay on my diet plan to lose this poundage.
5 miles. no pain
Issue with back spasms. It just about took me to my knees. The pain began right between the shoulder blades and got worse. Lucky for me Dustin helped massaged it out.
