Nice day for a run. I met up with James and his better half Emily Hallman Holt at 4 AM. She drove us 23 miles out of town. She left us shirtless out in the dark with the coyotes howling. Finished up, and went to watch Cody and the Butt Spanking team Rumble up to Zion in the Red Rock Relay. Ended up running with Cody the last 5 of his anchor Leg. Great people to hang out with, and a privilege to see them work together as they defeated this 187 mile relay like champions.
