4-mile warm-up, followed by “Michigan Speed Session”: ¾ mile fairly hard (around HM effort), then ½ mile faster (around 10k effort); and repeat x4 (total distance of 5 miles) with no easy running between.

Pretty dialed in on 4:50/3:00 splits for each 1.25mi interval with exception of #2, during which .75 pace was too relaxed). Beautiful morning!
