I rode my commuter bike to the Student life center for a swim/run workout. Since getting back into swimming during the winter break I've mainlybeen focusing on my refining my technique. I would do the occasional surge to spice up the workout but it was mainly an even paced 1000 meters. Afterwards I wanted to break in my new Asics Gel Kayanos 24 so I ran a couple miles at about a 9 minute pace (no watch) on the indoor track. They're an excellent shoe with the perfect amount of support and cushioning.
