Long-Term Running Goals: run boston once, get back to triathlon and duathlon events. Run a marathon with my sons !! Personal: I am married, have two terrific sons who inspired my running. I am a working mom with MS and choose to stay healthy for my family. I work as a critical care nurse and have one of the best, but least glamorous jobs in the world. |

| Today was an easy cardio day and a Collett workout. Slow and easy 2 miles in the morning. Worked out with Collett in the afternoon and everything we did involved the bosu ball , another killer with Chris. |
