I want to increase my pace and finish columbus with a boston qualifying time.
Long-Term Running Goals:
run boston once, get back to triathlon and duathlon events. Run a marathon with my sons !!
Personal:
I am married, have two terrific sons who inspired my running. I am a working mom with MS and choose to stay healthy for my family. I work as a critical care nurse and have one of the best, but least glamorous jobs in the world.

ran on the track again, Started with 9:00 mile and warmed up well. I was able to finish with 8:10 miute miles for the last two. finished up my workout with core and upper body work.
Track run again of five miles, average pace 8:25. worked in sprints in the last two miles on the straights. worked on extra stretching and finished with a litttle core again.
Today was an easy cardio day and a Collett workout. Slow and easy 2 miles in the morning. Worked out with Collett in the afternoon and everything we did involved the bosu ball , another killer with Chris.
