Things have been crazy busy at the Twinkie house lately. Consequently, I haven't done much running. This morning, even though I was tired, I got up and went for a run on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail. The temps were perfect for a run this morning.

Today I ran up a mountain. I wanted to run to Peregrine's Peak. I hadn't been up there before and the trail head is very difficult to find. The last road up to the trail looks like a private driveway. Once I found the trail it was really nice. It headed up the mountain with no downhill at all. This is a great time a year for trail running. I didn't have enough time to make it to the top. I was probably 1 to 1.5 miles from the top when I turned around. I will have to attempt this one again soon.
