It was raining hard this morning so I ran indoors on my treadmill. This was my first run in a while. I am just getting back into the swing of things. I ran a total of 5.6 miles in 54 minutes. I am planning on getting back into a regular running routine. I will be running in the Striders Winter Racing Circuit and training for the Ogden Marathon in May. I was excited to find this blog site to post my runs to and log my miles.
