Trail run today. I ran up the Mueller park trail to Elephant Rock. 49:25 up, 37:20 down. There is still a lot of snow on the trail. Parts of the trail were not covered in snow, but they were muddy. On my way up I lost my footing once and did a face plant in the snow.

Nice job on the run. That sounds like a lot of fun. I was thinking of hitting Grandeur on Monday, but now I am a bit worried about the weather. Doesn't look good.
