Today I was planning on running the Wahsatch Steeplechase course. But I slept in and had a lot of things going on today, so maybe I will run that next week.

I ran the Mueller Park trail today instead. I ran all the way up to Rudy's flat. I like to think of this run as a double 10k. It's 6.2 miles each way, this first being uphill, the second downhill. So my first 10k took me 1:15 minutes. My second 10k took me 48 minutes. It was great morning for a run.

Really cool run. That is pretty speedy going uphill that far. Nice job.

I love that run! Good job on the uphill portion. So - did the Front Trail Running Group just die?

It seems like the Front Running Group has died out. They haven't posted a run for a month now. A while back Nate had mentioned that he was trying to get an internship in Japan. Maybe that came through for him and he is out of the country. I guess we'll just have to organize our own trail runs.
