I was feeling a bit tired this morning, but I managed to get 8 miles on on the Bonneville Shoreline trail. I'm glad I got out.

It always feels better to get out and move and that's a good amount on the BST. I don't recall ever regretting getting out after forcing myself in a tired/non-motivated state...it always feels good to get out and move.
