I got a new pair of trail running shoes today. This is the first time that I have actually bought trail running shoes. Running shoes are expensive. I ran easy today to break them in. I along the Bonneville Shoreline Trail from Cheese Park. It was cold this morning, but I don't mind running in the cold.

I got New Balance 790. I bought them online. I actually bought two pair of the same kind for $100 total. They were a suggestion from Danny Dreyer. I have been reading his book Chi Running.

Cool for the new shoes! The last two pairs of shoes I bought on-line. I heard they last longer if you alternate them because it gives them time to decompress.
